RISK OF LOSS

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In the event that an item purchased from CDnDVDshop is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same title. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. Returns & Refund Policy shall not cover the minor scratches or cracks occurred on plastic CD Box or Case during the process of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the item and we will arrange a replacement solution for you. The items must be returned in their original form, should be without any marking and unused. Please do not send the item back to us until you have been given resolution for this. In many cases, we shall refund you first class mail shipping cost on an item correctly returned to us and refunded shipping cost will always be only for the cost of USPS first class mail shipping regardless of whether it was sent via some other way by the customer.

If the shipment is lost before making it reach to customer, we would refund the full cost of items ordered minus shipping, insurance and handling charges.
