1. I want to buy a specific CD/VCD/DVD item, how do I order it? You can select the product item from any of the listed Genre or Category at our online CDnDVDshop.com.
Once you have selected the item click on the link "Buy Now | Details" to view the product item in details.
"Add to Cart | Buy Now" adds the selected item to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products in the shopping cart according to your preference and can even continue shopping adding new products by clicking on "Buy more CDs" or you may also select items from recommended CURRENT TOP SELLERS or COMBO DEAL OFFERS. After finalizing your order in the shopping cart, please click on "Checkout Step >1"
The payment process consists of 5 easy steps.
Step 1: Registration / Account Login Clicking on button ?Checkout Step>1? will take you to ?Create Account? or ?Login Area? page. If you are returning existing customer of CDnDVDshop.com, you can login with your email address as user and password.
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account with an email address and register in our service. Registered customer will get free Gift Certificate rewards after fulfilling certain criteria.

Step 3: Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping method and note the shipping cost amount on this page. Click on button ?Checkout Step>3? for payment mode selection page.
Step 4: Select your Payment Option You can choose either the online or offline payment option.
The online payment option includes the first three - VeriSign, PayPal, Google Checkout. You need to have VISA/MASTER/AMEX cards to use VeriSign, PayPal account or Google Checkout account to use online method. While the offline payment option includes the last one - Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer and Wire or just any money transfer company that can send money to Nepal.
Step 5: Pay and Check Out This is the final step where you make the payment for the order and check out.

2. How can I make payments to CDnDVDShop?We provide multiple payment options to you.
ONLINE The online payment options include payment through Master/Visa/Amex/Discover Debit & Credit Cards, ECheck, PayPal and Google Checkout.
The base currency rate of transaction in CDnDVDShop.com is US Dollar. All international orders in their native currency are converted to US$ for charging on the payment gateway. The Estimate Tools to check the amount in your cart gives an approximate equivalent amount in your native currency. Due to exchange rate fluctuations there maybe a slight variation in the amount reflected in your credit card statement to this Estimate Currency value.
PayPal/ Google Checkout ? We accept payments using PayPal / Google Checkout accounts for the amount of your purchase.
Wire Transfer / E-Check ? We accept wire transfer to our Bank Account from all over the world. For customers in US, we can also run ECheck to process your bank account for payment against the purchase in CDnDVDShop.
OFFLINE You can also pay us through any money transfer company that sends money to Nepal including Western Union, Money Gram, Union Exchange, Xpress Money, Ria Money Transfer, IME, Prabhu Remit, Krishi Premura and any other in your local access.

3. I am little hesitant regarding online credit card transaction? How safe is it? We appreciate the security concerns of our valued customers and all our online payment options are undertaken in secure environment. 4. What happens in case the product ordered is not in stock with you? Generally, we stock all products that we sell. However, there can be an instance when a certain product item goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 6-10 days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the possible date of shipment.

5. I am interested to know about your shipping charges, how much I will be required to pay for the product shipped to me? The shipping charges are determined on the weight of the products to be shipped. The shopping cart calculates the total payable amount and it is reflected in your order form as proceed ordering. Your bill is final at the time of check out and there are no hidden charges later.

6. My package arrived in my country and the import office wants me to pay a fee to receive the package out of customs? We provide the cost of handling and shipping to your country and our shipping and handling fees are not a part of the custom duty clearance process. All fees and duties that are exercised by your country of origin are outside of our costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. Normally, US and other European Countries do not levy custom duties on our products. However, in case the destination country levies custom duties, you will be requested to borne its charges.

7. Is there a way to track my order? You can track your order anytime by simply entering the order number in our state of the art tracking software that will give you a complete status of your order including the product and shipment details. Besides this we will also provide regular update to you via emails about the status of your order.
When you place an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed. On Priority International Courier (averages 4-6 business days), we will also send the Airway Bill number of the Courier Company to you so that you can track its status directly from the site of the courier service. Finally, when your order is delivered you will receive e-mail informing you about the date, time of the order delivered.

9. How long will you take to deliver my order? We ship within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. All the confirmed orders placed by 5:00 PM NST are shipped the same day. Orders received on a Sunday or on a national holiday are shipped the next working day.
When the order is shipped via Priority International Courier (averages 4-6 business days), the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site, which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in case you have chosen the option of delivery via Standard International Shipping (averages 7-10 business days), we will be able to provide you only a receipt of dispatch as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.

10. Can I make multiple order of the same item? You can make multiple order of the same item. We recommend you to buy multiple items as you get huge saving on shipping bill. However, there can be an instance when a certain product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 3-4 business days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the date of shipment in 7 business days.

11. What if I receive a faulty CD/ DVD/ VCD from CDnDVDShop.com? In the event that an item purchased from CDnDVDshop is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same title. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. let us know if there are any scratches or signs of physical damage on the disc. Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement solution for you. The items must be returned in their original form, should be without any marking and unused.

12. Can I send these products as gifts? You can send these products as gifts anywhere across the world. In the order form you are requested to fill in the Delivery Address of the person you wish to send the gift and we will ensure that he/she receives the gift.
